Dr. Khalil D. F. Koger is a visionary leader, pastor, educator, musician, entrepreneur, and mentor whose life’s mission is to build systems that fund vision and to empower individuals to walk in their God-given purpose. Widely recognized for blending faith with function, he embodies the belief that Kingdom people are called to prosper spiritually, financially, emotionally, and in good health by applying timeless biblical principles with practical strategies.

As General Overseer of Greater Harvest Ecumenical Alliance and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Builders International Church, Dr. Koger leads with apostolic vision, pastoral care, and a grace to gather leaders and believers across diverse backgrounds. His ministry is marked by discipleship, outreach, and a culture of excellence. Under his leadership, Kingdom Builders International has launched innovative initiatives such as Kingdom Cares, a year-round program meeting essential needs, and The Builders Gala, an annual celebration honoring every hand that builds.

Through Greater Harvest Ecumenical Alliance, Dr. Koger provides covering, training, and fellowship for churches, pastors, and Christian leaders who seek support, guidance, and alignment without the restrictions of denominational structures. His ministry is known for its prophetic edge, apostolic order, and commitment to building both people and systems.

With more than 15 years of experience in music and 2 years as an educator, Dr. Koger currently serves as an elementary music teacher, shaping the creativity and character of the next generation. His passion for youth and mentorship has extended through The Huddle, a brotherhood network for young men, and the Koger Leadership Institute, Inc., which has awarded scholarships, hosted football skills training, and provided leadership development opportunities for at-risk and emerging leaders.

Dr. Koger is a forward-thinking entrepreneur with a growing portfolio of ventures that blend Kingdom principles with strategic business practices. His enterprises include:

• 35Threadz – a luxury Christian lifestyle brand offering clothing, accessories, fragrances, and room sprays.
• Koger Processing LLC – specializing in civil process service, notary public, and courier services.
• House of ACE – a consulting firm providing branding, startup support, and organizational strategies for businesses and nonprofits.
• Thrive Impact Group – a developing consulting hub designed to serve ministries and Christian-based entities with tools for growth and sustainability.

Beyond the pulpit and boardroom, Dr. Koger’s creative gifts flow through music and writing. He has released two EPs on Apple Music and is currently working on additional projects that fuse worship, creativity, and Kingdom culture.
